• Contact details you provide — your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, and any message you send when you fill in a booking form or contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Marketing attribution — if you arrive from an advertisement, standard campaign identifiers (such as UTM tags or a Google/Meta click ID) may be included with your enquiry so we can understand which campaign referred you.
• Usage data — if analytics are enabled, aggregated, non-identifying information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) via cookies or similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange your driver booking.
• To contact you about your booking by WhatsApp, phone, or SMS.

WhatsApp and phone

When you tap a “Book on WhatsApp” button, you are taken to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the details you entered. Messages you send are handled within WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy terms. Calls are handled by your mobile network. We use the details you share only to arrange your booking.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the driver assigned to your booking and with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting or analytics), and where required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your enquiry details only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
