These terms apply to your use of the Smart Drive website and to bookings you make with us for safe-driver and chauffeur services in Dubai and the UAE. By using the site or booking a driver, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We provide a professional driver who comes to you and drives your own vehicle, or a chauffeur service as agreed at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed by our team over WhatsApp or phone. A driver is subject to availability.

Bookings & pricing

• Prices start from AED 80. The final fare depends on the service and trip and is confirmed before your booking begins.
• Any price or estimate shown on this website is indicative and not a binding quote until confirmed by our team.
• Payment terms are as agreed at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

• Your vehicle must be roadworthy, licensed, and covered by valid insurance that permits another licensed driver to operate it.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, and contact details.
• You agree to treat our drivers with respect and to comply with UAE traffic and safety laws.

Cancellations

You may cancel or change a booking by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, professional service. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable jurisdiction of Dubai.
